Being based in the US, I rely on good ol’ USPS to ship all of my products. Here are the shipping method I use below:

US order: USPS Priority Mail – Usual transit time 2~3 days according to USPS, but it can vary based on service destination. Tracking information provided. Insurance available.

International order up to 1lb: First Class Mail International – Transit time varies by countries but usually 2 weeks seems to be the standard for most of Europe and Asia. No tracking provided. Insurance not available.

International order over 1lb: First Class Package International – Same transit time as First Class Mail International, just different shipping class. no tracking provided. Insurance not available.

International order but you want it faster: Priority Mail International – Usual transit time is 6~10 days. Tracking provided. Insurance available.

Import Tax: For international orders going out to countries charging import tax. I am not responsible for the import duties once the package reaches your country. Please make sure to plan accordingly.

Shipping Damages: Shipping damage can occur, no package is immune to it. In case your order gets damaged, please contact me at oversliders@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged item and the damaged shipping packaging. I will do my best to replace parts within reasons or offer a partial refund. You can also chose to insure your package at checkout. This will allow me to involve USPS in issuing you a refund.

Lost package and porch pirate: Those situations are a little bit more difficult to deal with. If you suspect your package may become a target, please chose to insure your package at checkout as this matter will be handled by USPS. If your package is lost or stolen, refund will be issued to me, the vendor, by USPS, and then transferred back to you. Unfortunately these situations can take time to resolve so be patient. You are free to ask for an update on any lost package situation, but keep in mind I am only able to provide you with what USPS provides me. Uninsured packages cannot be refunded or replaced.
