All of our sales are final, no returns, no refunds!

We take great care in producing high quality, custom products for your enjoyment. As such, it is expected that normal wear will occur over time.

We do not replace products that break from misuse, or accidental damage. Only parts delamination will be covered.
Please don’t tell us our products “just broke”. We field test our products and know their limits way before releasing them to the public.

Concerning the smoke machines: These are reserved for experienced users who have knowledge of channel mixing and vaporizers.
We are not responsible for damage done to bodies or chassis from improper use, modifications, or improper installation of the products.
Be mindful these are vaporizers at the core. Therefore, humidity is present and can damage electronics. Use your smoke machine carefully and be mindful of your electronics.
